We thank you very much for the information you have provided us with. Unfortunately the contract of the EU Network of Independent Experts on Fundamental Rights finishes in September 2006and will not be renewed (at least not in 2006). This means that we do not know if and when there will be another general report by the Network on the situation of fundamental rights in the European Union and the Member States. In any case, we are keeping the information you have provided us with regarding the right to access to information.
