To whom
it may concern:
I refer to my complaint "Human Rights
Complaint: Denial of Access to Information", dated 9
May 2018.
I have been in contact with the Centre
for Law and Democracy about the possibility of their
supporting my case by filing additional materials and arguments. The
Centre for Law and Democracy works to promote, protect and develop
those human rights which serve as the foundation for or underpin
democracy, including the rights to freedom of expression, to vote and
participate in governance, to access information and to freedom of
assembly and association.
I would like to ask if the
Centre for Law and Democracy might provide a supplementary brief in
the case (i.e. additional material and arguments in support of the
case), either as an independent body or, alternately, as my
designated representative. The Centre has enormous expertise in this
area, among other things as the co-sponsor of the RTI
Rating and I believe having them provide supporting
material will significantly facilitate the processing of the case by
the Human Rights Committee.
Thank you in advance for your
response.
Yours sincerely,
